I would give Pazzaglia Law 10 stars if I could. After a very bad accident I went to a lawyer that had lots of commercials and billboards, that got me nowhere. Never spoke to the lawyer an 2 aides that could not remember me or my accident. By chance I reached out on Facebook for advice for a good personal injury lawyer. My son and I both found our way to Dave Pazzaglia's law office. From day one he was always available to talk with me and help me through the process. I explained how important transparency was with me, so I always knew what I was expecting. Transparency, friendliness, professionalism was what me and my son received during every interaction. This year, I have had an injury take place at work where I have injured my right knee. I injured my right knee by having another employee hit me from the back while I was on a tugger and slammed my knee on a metal plate. Dave grew up in Southeastern Connecticut and attended Saint Bernard High School. He received his bachelor’s degree at Salem State University graduating cum laude where he played NCAA Ice Hockey. He subsequently received his J.D. at the Massachusetts School of Law.

After practicing at a Boston Based firm Dave came back to Southeastern Connecticut where he started Pazz Injury Law in Niantic, CT to serve the community of his roots.
