Meet Attorney David J. Pazzaglia, Esq.

Dave grew up in Southeastern Connecticut and attended Saint Bernard High School. He received his bachelor’s degree at Salem State University graduating cum laude where he played NCAA Ice Hockey. He subsequently received his J.D. at the Massachusetts School of Law. After practicing at a Boston Based firm Dave came back to Southeastern Connecticut where he started Pazz Injury Law in Niantic, CT. He is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court, Mohegan Gaming Disputes, and Mohegan Tribal Court. Attorney Pazzaglia is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers’ Association and Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Pazzaglia was nominated as a 2017 through 2025 Connecticut Rising Star by Super Lawyers, an award given to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Connecticut under the age of 40 in personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation.
